If your order has been delivered, but you have not received the item, you need to contact your local USPS office.
If you received a damaged product , you must email us at email@example.com with your Full Name, Order Number, and photos of the damaged product. Return inquiries must be made within 2 days of delivery and only on damaged products. We don't offer refunds but we will replace your package promptly.
